This site is run by Cameron James, trading as The Path, in the United Kingdom. This page explains what data is collected when you use cam-james.com and what happens to it.

What is collected

• Newsletter and forms. When you subscribe to The Path, download a resource or submit an application form, your name and email address are stored by Kit (ConvertKit), the email service that sends the newsletter. Kit's privacy policy applies to that storage.
• Purchases. Digital products are sold through Kit Commerce. Payment details go directly to Kit's payment processor and are never seen or stored by this site.
• Analytics. The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which record page views and performance measurements without cookies and without identifying you personally.

How it is used

Your email address is used to send the newsletter, the resources you asked for, and product updates. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are read and how fast the site loads.

Sharing

Data is not sold. It is shared only with the services named above, which process it on this site's behalf.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email cam@cam-james.com for any of these.
